I ordered these flowers for my sister, in memory of first year of her husband's passing. I asked if there could be some purple as this is her favourite colour, beautiful selection of purple flowers, and ribbon and wrapping. The flowers were delivered today and the choice was beautiful, we were both very pleased. This is the second time I have used this florist, I was not disappointed.

The selection was lovely, coincidentally it contained some purple flowers which is her favourite colour. I am so impressed by the ease of ordering, the speed of delivery and the choice of flowers. I live in Canada and never had occasion to use on-line florist services to send abroad. The website was very straight forward and gave options for size, etc. I was very pleased to see a photo of the flowers received by my good friend in England and that they were every bit as lovely as the picture I’d ordered from on-line. Great service.A beautiful single red rose with foliage was delivered to my boyfriend at his workplace on the same day that I ordered it, along with chocolates and a 60th balloon. She even sang Happy Birthday to him. He was moved to tears and it made his day. I ordered a floral cross for my Nan's funeral. The team kept in touch with me, delivered it at my specified time and the cross itself was gorgeous. I forgot to leave some information during my online order but I was contacted by the florist which was good. Beautiful flowers delivered in good time for the funeral. People were very pleased with the quality of the flowers.

website was a pain in the rear. I entered my debit card details, did the 3D secure bit then tried to change the special instructions and had to do payment all over again. Then there was another glitch and I had to do the payment a third time! I was worried I'd paid three times. I need to confirm I haven't... Brilliant! Very quick! The card that was left to say that the flowers had been left next door was not pushed right through the letter box so was stuck between the letter box flap & the draught excluder. My mother did not find the card and it was not until her neighbour delivered the flowers later on that she received them. Maybe an idea to make sure the card goes right through. My mother was extremely pleased with the selection of flowers.
